Didn’t get to stay, traveled...
Liked: I had my reservation information on my phone, booked online via booking.com but couldn’t find my reservation upon arrival. Drove 2 hours then had to find a different place because there were no rooms.
Disliked: Didn’t get to use it to like it or not like it

Disliked: The side door didn't unlock with the room key, so you had to walk all the way to the front.

Not what we expected....
Liked: The staff was great. Evening front desk manager was wonderful.
Disliked: Unbeknownst to us, the hot tub was broken (I called ahead to make sure it was good to go before I rented the room), and they said it was working just fine. When we headed downstairs to take a family plunge, we realized it was cold. They said a maintenance man would fix it... Never got fixed the three days we were there. The pool was murky, probably needed chemicals and a filter purge (big deal when you have kiddos that want to swim). Hidden fees... $10 a day to park in their parking lot (dumb, like where else are you going to park?). They have a full hot breakfast, but it didn't come with our room. It was $10 a person to eat. There is a large parking lot next to the hotel, it had about 20 local "tent/tarp structure" campers set up. Some of them looked to be taking "medication" out in the open. They must have been enjoying themselves, because they were there throughout the night. That's not really the hotels fault, but it definitely added to the delightfulness of our stay. They had a "deal going" where if you rented the room and paid full price ahead of time, it was cheaper. I realize now why that was the case. We were locked in with no refunds, or I would have left after the first night. Like I said, the staff was friendly and they tried to be accommodating, but we won't stay there again.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Didn’t eat breakfast considering it’s $10 a person and cost for parking and the pool was freezing and the hot tub was like warm it was overall a very bad experience trying to bring in the new year. We will never come again.

Liked: The fresh hot cookies were the best after driving for hours in the snow, rain and hail. We should have requested the pack to take home for the family.
Disliked: The breakfast was not complimentary and costs 10$ and I was not aware that parking was 10$ a night.
