Liked: Very clean and good sized rooms. The look of the outside makes the hotel look old but the inside was beautiful. Nice staff as well.

Enjoyed the ability to walk through town, visit shops and have a great meal at the Historic Inn! No better place to stay when in town for a conference at the Riverfront Convention Center.

Liked: The hotel facilities and room were very clean. The staff at reception were very friendly and always greeted me or any other guest whenever we walked by. The hostess at breakfast was also very helpful and attentive. The beds were really comfortable and spacious. The gym was also very spacious and the windows with shades were great!
Disliked: Breakfast was decent and could’ve been better. The gym felt a little too warm even before working out.

Staff is super friendly.

Liked: Location is excellent for walking to shops and restaurants. Great for pets to walk along too. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The Crabtree bath products smell so good.
Disliked: That we only stayed 2 nights.

Disliked: You can't charge extra for a balcony with no furniture - someone had put an upside down trash can out there to sit on. The balcony door took two people to open and close. The living room furniture was severely lacking - a couch, a chair, and a sideboard w/ TV. The lighting was terrible throughout the suite. The shower went scalding hot, ice cold, scalding hot, ice cold, etc. every 20 seconds, the WHOLE TIME. The room entry door & frame was so bent/dented I could see the hallway from my room, with the door closed! The hallway was gross and smelled of paint. The mattresses were beyond "soft". Hilton pretty much decided people will come for the location & beautiful view, we're done.
