Liked: Nothing I didn't stay there and you guys charged me for the freaking room after I called to cancel and you said it was okay and it was canceled and get it refunded it's been over a week and no refund zero Stars never going to use booking or Hilton again
Disliked: I never use the room never went there called ask for a refund received a refund and actually never got my money back so again never go there again

Disliked: Our top floor room got a roof leak overnight. But the Hotel staff was very helpful to move us immediately to the room across.

Pay your deposit with cash...

Liked: The property was very nice and clean. The only problem that I’m having is getting the deposit back loaded to my bank account. I am very unhappy. It’s been about five days and I have yet to receive the money returned back to my account.
Disliked: The inconsistency of getting answered about the refund of my deposit to my bank account. I’m getting the runaround that I’ve been getting for the last 48 hours. I am not happy about this whole situation.

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Housekeeping did not come one of the days, trash was full, toilet was not working properly. Very noisy with kids running down the halls, overtaking the pool and common areas. Felt very overcrowded. For the price we payed which was pretty high l, we expected more
