Overall stay was delightful. My husband and I were looking forward to some type of continental breakfast and was a little disappointed. We did love the mattress :) and the facility upgrades.

Liked: Updated facility.
Disliked: Bathroom shower design did not keep water from escaping the shower area - had a hard time keeping floor dry and free of water.

My 7th floor room was very clean and comfortable. I was a little disappointed there was no refrigerator but maybe I didn't book the right room. As morning approached, I really could hear a lot of traffic noise and some construction. Overall, a pleasant experience, though.

Liked: Updated and very comfortable room.
Disliked: A good deal of traffic noise.

Board walk will be great when construction/repairs are completed. Location is a plus.

Liked: Love the view of river. Very nice staff. Water Taxi is great way to get across the river.

Liked: the location is incredible as well as the pool. also loved that there was a balcony in each room
Disliked: it was quite dirty, room, hallways, elevators were especially disgusting. no microwave or fridge. pictures were misleading, room was very outdated. charging ports/plugs did not work. the whole place smelled like a dirty mop

Liked: Location is great - easy to pull out and take a bridge across the river to downtown. Views of the river are really great. lobby seems fairly well kept.
Disliked: Parking for guests is confusing at best, with in/out payment systems seemingly not functioning and the staff unable to provide clarity on how it's meant to work. My room was really not clean. Carpets were stained and black with filth, bathroom wasn't well kept and seemed to have some water damage.

Liked: Hotel employee was amazing.

Liked: The beds were comfortable. The front desk staff were very pleasant. View was phenomenal. We were surprised with a balcony which we enjoyed. The housekeeping/facilities staff were excellent.
Disliked: The bathroom was in tough shape. There was little room for toiletries. The wallpaper was stained. The paint was chipped. The fixtures were old.The bedroom carpet was badly stained. We had to have the room temperature adjusted, but someone arrived within minutes to address our situation. We were very grateful for that. However, when they removed the covering for the air conditioning unit, the floor below it had dust which I'd expect, but it also had pieces of trash.
