Liked: considering we stayed for 5 days and paid full price, I was upset to get emails giving us a free day if we stayed for 4 days! I resent having to pay more and not having you honor the promotion for us
Disliked: We have lots of hotel choices and visit Charleston frequently. I will not be coming back due to this lack of concern of a 5 night stay without the discount being honored!

Can’t beat the location.

Liked: Perfect location. Many of the historical sites were within walking distance. Friendly staff and excellent restaurant. There are lots of great restaurants in that area too.

Overall great stay and fabulous...

Liked: Great coffee bar and restaurant downstairs and nice coffee machine, water and bubble dispenser on each floor.
Disliked: Rooms were clean but dark and sitting area in the suite was very small with a large pile in the middle of it.

Great Hotel in a great...

Liked: This is a modern, trendy hotel with very cosy and chic rooms. Situation in Charleston is great. The room has storing space to dream of and is very quiet. Staff was professional, friendly and most helpful.
Disliked: The menu in the restaurant could be a bit more elaborate and varied

Very disappointed.

Disliked: Definitely not a 5 star rating. Closer to a 2 star. Meager snack bar that was not supplied with much coffee and no decaf coffee. Absolutely no staff present. Funky decor. Very small room and bath.

Liked: Great location, clean room & comfortable bed! Wonderful restaurant & bar!
Disliked: Absolutely NO view from our room! Large closet space w no clothing rod! Wasted space that could have been used to make room more spacious.
