This hotel is exactly what one would expect from a 3.5 star hotel. the room was large enough for two to be comfortable, very clean, nice TV, bathroom was fine wit nice accessories. The location was as advertised. I would stay here again.

It was very convenient to Universal Studios which is why we chose it. There is a shuttle that runs in the morning to the park and it's only a $5.00 cab ride when the shuttle is not running. The staff was competent and friendly. I like that there was a bar and restaurant on site. I was disappointed that there was no breakfast room service but there were other options. The elevator was out of service while we were checking out from the 16th floor but after a 20 minute wait we were able to get down.
