Yeah very nice relaxing visit....

Liked: The drink tickets, free cabanas and the $15.00 daily food credit was great!
Disliked: It was disappointing that we couldn't use our Netflix account.

Very nice place to stay

Liked: Overall, a very nice place to stay, but I was charged $90 for some thing I didn’t even get so I’m still in the middle of disputing the charge other than that it was a great stay.

Great location and facilities.

Liked: Location is great. Pool beach bar games and facilities all top notch.
Disliked: Rooms without balcony don’t have a window that opens. Rooms are dated and not so clean. I guess with a great location and facilities the poor room can be overlooked but I could not stay more than 3 or 4 nights without a balcony room due to this.

Liked: The pool was great! Breakfast was wonderful. The proximity to the beach was the best!
Disliked: Resort fees

Liked: The new umbrella by the pool, the temp of the pool, the access to food and drink and even a grocery store was very convenient. Have stayed here 3 times and have loved it everytime so family and kid friendly. Love coming here every year for spring break and continue to do so. Loved the new events and crafts for the kids amd also the easter hunt. Thank you again to the amazing staff always so pleasant and welcoming.
Disliked: Wish they had a gym or a workout room.

Liked: Check in was very smooth as well as check out. On site facilities were top notch. Every worker we encountered were super nice and pleasant.
Disliked: The beds were not that comfortable. We had a room with 2 double beds and only one side of the bed was comfortable enough to sleep on.
