Liked: Clean. Brand New. 3 minutes from DFW airport. Friendly staff. 2 Pools. 1 Garden. Nice Fancy Restaurant. Awesome Bar. Very large screen TV. Comfortable Bed. Nice size bathroom. Free shuttle to DFW airport.

Disappointing and frustrating. Unsure why...

Liked: Rooms were OK, food and staff in the restaurant were good.
Disliked: This property offers airport pick up. Had to call them 4 times, always will be there in 15 to 20 mins, no one ever showed up. On the 3rd call asked to speak to a manager. We waited at the airport for 45 minutes before we finally took a cab which cost $30. The ride to the hotel was literally 7 minutes. When we finally arrived at the hotel, the front desk apologized and said they would comp the room. This did not happen.

Would glady return and reccommentd.

Liked: The room was clean and spacious. Hotel lobby lluxurious, and fromt desk staff very helpful. Great restaurant, The Aspen was within walking distance.

Liked: Staff was nice and the free airport shuttle was very helpful! The actual room was newly remodeled, pretty clean and relatively nice.
Disliked: The hotel was two separate hotels that had a roof recently built to enclose a courtyard. Their “indoor” pool use to be outside and is very weathered. The water was green and had debris in it. There was a used bandage on the floor. We decided to go to the outdoor pool. That outdoor pool was freezing cold. I’m guessing it was recently filled. It also seemed like it had no chlorine in it and there were dead bugs and debris floating all over. The section of hotel we stayed in was under construction. The floors in common areas/halls were filthy. The elevator was very dirty and also sounded like there was loose debris falling in the door every time it opened. The weirdest part… the lights are all set on timers so as you walk down the halls they turn on and turn off behind you. It reminded me of something from the shining. So creepy. We will pass on staying here again.
