Liked: The staff is outstanding and super friendly. The room was very large and spacious and the bathroom was great as well. We enjoyed the variety of games in the casino and the drinks were well made and reasonably priced.
Disliked: The pillows were a bit soft and lumpy; otherwise, the bed was great. I would have liked a small Keurig in the room for morning coffee or at least a better tasting coffee for the small pot. We were looking forward to enjoying some time lounging in the hotel bar, but unfortunately, they never opened during our stay despite a sign posted saying they would open Fridays and Saturdays.

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Nice staff. Everyone very helpful. Quiet. Casino was fun. Food was good.
Disliked: The bed was not very comfortable. Handicapped parking was not very close.

Superb

Liked: The location, the restaurant, the bars and staff! Got to check in early which made everything that much better. We stay twice a year and have never had a bad experience. Going on 5 years of making this a destination stop.
