Disliked: No fan in bathroom.

Liked: Friendly and very responsive staff. Nice room and very clean. I left my wallet in the car. Valet was very good about bringing the car back for me to get it.
Disliked: I would have liked to park my car or at least have known where it was.

The room was very nice and so were the staff - I would say there again.

This hotel was quite impressive, right from the moment we pulled up to the hotel. Once we got in the impressiveness continued. The hotel was immaculate; every staff member we encountered was so polite, professional and helpful. We would definitely suggest this hotel to everyone.

Disliked: Rooms need some updating- ours kept popping during the day when the sun was hitting then again when it went away. Beds were very firm

Disliked: Paying over $210 for room than they wanted parking on too of that. Ridiculous The room was right by elevator. So noisy opening & closing. We got little sleep. I have a walking disability. No ramps.Most hotels include breakfast. You wanted $18+ tax. I eat very little in morning. Glad I brought my own yogurt & muffins.i picked that location as close to hospital i had to go to. I will not stay there again.
