Disliked: Entrance is in the garage...our room was near the stairs door that was banging loudly all the time (no door stopper).bunch of kids running everywhere and very loud.Disappointed!

Disliked: - the room was not what I ordered. I specifically made it clear I did not want a two queen beds, but they still gave me that.- the internet speed is terrible- we had 4 young ladies who we extremely noisy and drunk between 3 and 4 am in the morning and the hotel did nothing about it

Disliked: At time of booking there was a special promotion going o n for Kingstonlicious at the hotel to receive a $100 gift card and free bkft. We weren't told about it when I called to book so paid full price for the room When I found out about the special after getting to the room, I inquired at front desk and they said I could not get the special. It was to late.I booked 1 night thru booking.com and decided to book a second night by calling the hotel directly. I was told I had to go thru booking.com to add a 2nd night so I didn't end up getting told about the special.We came to Kingston for an MRI tests at hospital late in the day so didn't want to chance driving in bad weather or dark so booked an extra night. This was very stressful and upsetting when I learned we could have had a $100 gift card and breakfast for our stay.
