Hotel staff was amazing and friendly. Rooms were nice and cool. I will definitely be back to stay. I loved everything about this hotel.

There are only 2 ways out of the building, all of which you have to go through the main lobby to get to. Being a military veteran with PTSD and anxiety, this is highly inconvenient and a huge stresser just to get to your vehicle. I also booked through ConcertHotels.com. I was charged immediately when I booked online. The morning I was leaving the hotel; the hotel decided to charge me again. When I addressed the woman at the counter I actually had to show her the charge on my cell phone because she didn't believe I was charged twice. Once I showed her she said it was a glitch in the system and I would have my money in 3 to 5 days. I asked for a manager and she refused to let me speak to one. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay over $400 for one night in a hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again. Sarah you should not be allowed to treat customers with such disregard. Deplorable and unacceptable!

Disliked: No matter how we tried to adjust the temperature in the room we were either frozen or sweating.

Liked: Everything was wonderful. The Staff at the hotel was exceptional. Most notably the people at the front desk and at the pool.
Disliked: The price I paid ended up being $25 USD more than I was quoted online. That was my only disappointment.

Liked: Delta is usually the main hotel I stay at while traveling alone. Centrally located, kind staff, and room service!
