I would never rent a room at this hotel; for the cost you got nothing; the restaurants were closed in the hotel; short staff; no towels were available the next day to get half roll of toilet paper only in the room upon check in and the venue and music playing right where the rooms were was horrible. Listening to pound music and bass in my room for hours was not pleasant.

Disliked: The rooms smelled. The water took forever to get hot and the room was right there where there was a venue.

Liked: Breakfast was great only thing needs to change is i notice to big pans of eggs. But both pans had cheese every body dont eat cheese. So i think one oan should be made without cheese. Also i walked through to the pool and other large areas. Looks giant and beautiful but i also notice lot of kids. Wondering and walk n play around the back area of the hotel. And its very dark in most areas leading towards the pool. I think either it should be well lit at night. Or have ropes or something separating the un use part of the hotel. To avoid anyone getting hurt or help against there will. And make use a staff always walk around the entire building and check all the doors. I notice one door close to the laundry room was propped open. With a rock that’s dangerous and can leadTo strangers inviting them selvesIn the hotel. Just a few things to correct. Besides that im looking forward to booking again in may. Im fromChicago Thanks
