Disliked: Location. Also had some trouble opening our door after the concert.

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was decent.
Disliked: The place needs immediate maintenance. The shower had clearly been leaking into the room. We had to switch rooms as water was coming from the ceiling from the shower above ours.

Liked: Location is OK - pretty close to the downtown area.
Disliked: Shabby place, many things cry for repair not even talking about basic cleaning and any kind of appeal. Staff not present when you need them. Breakfast hardly eatable (things that might be eatable very quickly out of stock, including coffee).

Disliked: Beds not clean floors had trash from last customer not swept or mopped there was pee on the toilet seat

Disliked: Homeless people walking around.I let the lady at the front desk that water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom, she was going to let maintenance know they never showed up. So each time I sat in the toilet to use the bathroom I would get drops of water on my head.
