Jaccuzi problemd

Liked: We really like the hotel and we come often.
Disliked: I paid extra for the jaccuzi room. And the jaccuzi was not working probably. We mentioned it to head desk and took all the information down. We were disappointed we did not get offered some type of a refund.

Disliked: Room was filthy. Front door was closed but still had a gap when closed. Dirty windows dirty shower etc.
