Maids knocked on our door at like 9a.m. We didn't have the 'do not disturb' thing on the door but figured they wouldn't even try unless the people actually checked out. They knocked and I said "yes" but they still tried to open the door. Just seemed kinda early and pushy. People do sleep in past 9. Haha! Our key cards never really worked. Went back twice to get new ones and the third time only one card worked and that is only after trying it several times in the door :/ Would be nice if you had the guest binder in the room that had the local restaurants and such if you are not from the area.

Liked: Good location; easy check in.

Liked: The New manager lady was nice. She tried to do all she could to make things happen even working outside her standard work hours. She was not provided the assets she needed to service the guest.
Disliked: No breakfast, lack of funding. Constant water leaks and running water in many of the hotel rooms. The swimming pool had to be drained and remained closed all of the 10 days of my stay. I learned the previous owner housed his entire family in the first-floor rooms and did not maintain the hotel to standard. RAN IT IN THE GROUND FOR PROFIT.

Liked: Location to freeway and shopping was convenient.
Disliked: Strong overwhelming smell of chlorine upon arrival. Room had unclean musty smell. Stains on furniture, walls, curtains, and bedding. Multiple places in the room in need of repairs (holes in walls, window wouldn't shut, shower curtain rod getting ready to collapse, light switch taped in off position). Stairways have stains on the floor and spider webs hanging from above. Front desk staff were away from the desk playing video games while I was attempting to check out the following morning.

Disliked: Tweekers outside, several abandoned cars in the parking lot, didn't even check in because we didn't feel safe. Requesting a refund
