Disliked: Dirty; outdated; unsettling and overall disgusting hotel. Rooms very dirty; air conditioning did not work; sewage leak in the lobby. The only bright spot was there was a Sleep Number bed - but it was broken!

I enjoyed my stay, though the breakfast could have used a few more options. The choices were almost entirely bread-based, and I was looking for more options. They had apples, but the two I ate weren't very good. Could have used some eggs, or sausage, or ham.

Liked: Close to Pinnacle Center.
Disliked: Breakfast had limited choices.

Liked: Clean pool, easy access from road. Staff was really nice.
Disliked: Wished there was an public area where we could of ate our dinner. Had a group of 10 ordered pizza and we had to eat it in our roomBathroom door was a sliding door and if someone walked by could see right inside.

Disliked: The room had been smoked in, the previous guests had have been smoking in the room. Also, there were crumbs on the couch. The shower needed to be rinsed and or cleaned. There was a fair amount of hair at the bottom of the shower.

I wanna stay again

Liked: Nothing it was horrible. Staff was rude and disrespectful. There was no hot water the entire time we couldn’t even shower. The handle to the shower came off and the tub backed up with water and took an hour to go down. We The breakfast was a joke and items were out of date.
