Disliked: I reserved a private suite king studio with a balcony, but upon arrival, I was assigned a different room. When I informed the front desk, the initial staff member looked at the system and did confirm I had a junior king suite, while another staff member also checked and falsely insisted I received the correct room. After showing them pictures and the room description from booking.com, she mention no suite and available and went agent to dismissed my booking.com room pictures and description, my claiming the information was outdated. Essentially, I paid for a higher-tier room but received a cheaper one. Exhausted, I chose not to seek another hotel since I only planned to stay for one night.I will contacting booking.com and the hotel manager.I
