Good beds, decent breakfast, however...

Liked: The options at breakfast is better than most hotels. There are hot items like sausages, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, and you can make your own waffles. There is also fruit, bagels, muffins, toast, cereal, juices, milk, and more. Beds and linens are comfy, rooms are decent size, and they each have a microwave, fridge and keurig machine. Location is central in Steinbach, which is great.
Disliked: I did not like the extra person fees when you've booked a room that accommodates all those persons already. Two queen beds is for four people, so why was I charged extra for 2 of the 4 people? Also, other guests paid less for the same rooms, so I may not be using this app anymore. Towels for the pool have to be requested at the front desk, which is not fun to walk through in your bathing suit. The shower in the pool area is broken, so you cannot rinse off before or after going in the pool. The hottub and pool are both very small for a large hotel, and the hotel is currently being expanded, so I can see the issue of overcrowding at the pool to be worse unless they are expanding that too. The T.V's picture quality are very pixelated and yes, we did adjust the resolution in both rooms.
