Liked: Absolutely nothing as it shut June 1st with no warning till I pulled in there and seen it was shut down
Disliked: No notice of closure

I would like my stay...

Liked: The hotel was unable to honor our reservation. The city inspector came through and stated that nobody was allowed to stay there. The person I talked to, who answered the phone told me that upon calling. I noticed that I received a notification from booking.com that my reservation was canceled. I then had to find a new hotel to stay in, while staying in St. Cloud.

Liked: This hotel was closed to the PUBLIC the day we were to check in - June 2, 2023 - when we talked with the front desk clerk she stated we could not let anyone in due to rennovations and the city closed hotel
Disliked: NOT BEING NOTIFYED!!!!!!!!

Liked: I did not like anything in the hotel.the place was gross and nasty. I will never stay there again.
Disliked: The place was gross and nasty. You can smell smoke because people where smoking in there. The website said there was free breakfast and there wasn't. Pool was not open either. The hotel was not good. There was fighting all night and police. I would never bring a kid there.

Liked: The man that checked us in was nice and helpful
Disliked: The beds were very hard website stayed breakfast was included but was not. When we checked in was told to park in front because cars are not safe in back. Tv had bright dots throughout the screen

Liked: The over night staff was excellent... If I had a issue they did everything they could to help.
Disliked: The first room I had, was not very clean, not a big problem, I cleaned it. There was no phone in the room, again I can deal with that. There was only 3 working outlets, no remote for the TV, but most importantly... there was no heat.I went to the front desk, the night staff immediately gave me a new room, with many apologies... the room I moved to, I had to clean again...the tub/shower, the toilet, there was BM on the wall and toilet paper holder, and the bathroom floor. The microwave (inside) was covered in grease and baked on food, the flat surfaces(top of fridge, table, nightstand etc..)had dried food stuck to them. The bed skirt on both beds had either grease or vomit on them. There were cracker crumbs everywhere, so I had a portable vacuum in my car and vacuumed. I brought my own bedding and pillows,so I did not turn the beds back (I was a little afraid to do so)it had taken me well over an hour By this time it was after midnight, I was tired, I had driven for over 7 hours before checking in,then cleaned two rooms, and the latest room was now clean ... so I took a shower and retired.The next morning, I asked the "Day person" for a couple of extra towels... I was told... and I quote "didn't you get towels last night?" I stated yes, a hand towel and a bath towel.. she said (again I quote) "when you bring those back, you can get another"Needless to say, I stopped at a local store and bought my own towels and bathmat.
