Do not stay here!

Disliked: Bed bugs; dirty room; would not give clean sheets.

The place was clean and staff was friendly.

Disliked: It was kind of far from most places and as I don't drive it was not ideal.

Disliked: Last minute cancellation!!! It was the night before the eclipse. We drove 4hours to the property, we even informed them that we will be late. And then when we arrived they told us that the property’s water is not working. All the hotel nearby is all booked because of the solar eclipse. We don’t know where to go.

Liked: Let's cut to the chase here. This is a very old motel and has not been updated to modern standards, and chances are it will never be. That is most likely do to it's style, it has several modern hotels in the area, and a drive up to the unit door style is most likely not worth it. It is also very close to the I-87 aka Northway (another reason), and the units on the back side an expect some road noise. With that said, and expectation in place, it was OK for what it is. The room was basically clean, and the beds were comfy and seems new. Yes it was dated, yes the walls need not only paint but a total redo. Yes it does have hard floors, not carpet. But that's most likely better here as it is cleaner and easier to keep clean. The sheets were clean. The towels were laundered but did have some minor staining. Shower pressure, temperature and shower head height were all great. Overall I only stayed here due to the eclipse and it was hard to get anything, but for what it is going into it it's not bad. If you are looking for a budget place this one overall is better than others I have stayed at.
Disliked: Breakfast was very spartan, so much so that I went elsewhere. And be forewarned it's an old place, expect that going into to it, including some deferred maintenance.

I arrived very late and...

Liked: The picture is 99.99% photoshop…The bathroom curtains were torn and moldy, the towels smelled like cigarettes and had holes, the air extractor was broken on the wall… I could go on, but I decided to stay because I arrived at the hotel very tired with my family at 11:30 pm.
Disliked: It's a very old and neglected property.

Worth the money for location

Liked: Great price for a quick night
Disliked: Small choice for breakfast
