Disliked: Booking credit card was declined I had to come out of pocket for another room and still haven’t been refunded! The worst

Liked: Don't know, didn't get a chance to stay there.
Disliked: Trip cancelled by others at the last minute. Called Booking dot com immediately, several hours before earliest check-in but not before 24 hours. Didn't get so much as a dime back from the hotel. Place is never booked up so I am sure they did not turn away another guest. Hotel still owes me for a doubling billing on my cc from last year. That is why this year I went through Booking dot com and not directly to the hotel for the reservation.
