We look firward to staying...

Liked: A very pleasant experience..the staff was very attentive to our needs as my husband is partially disabled.
Disliked: No objections at all.

The worst experience

Liked: A joke
Disliked: On January 25th I came to Blythewood days inn to stay until my house was ready! Everything was fine until I started making a fuss about needing invoices which I still have not received and there being extra charges on my account. And about the manager pouring red wine, chards of glass and who knows what else over the upstair banisters onto my white car! My new car! I immediately went to the office and let the lady know what just happened and she confirmed as she picked chards of glass off the trunk of my honda that the room about me was the manager and he must have got jelly fingers and dropped his big bottle of wine. She smelt the red liquid and said yep! And pointed to the nearest car wash. Which I had to go in the middle of the night and pay for my car to be cleaned in 30 degree weather. Well the other day I went to pay fir my room and he tells me it's a $20 dollar late charge and maybe for now own I will pay on time. I had been at work all day and really did not feel like going back and forth with craziness. I mention my car and the wine they knew nothing about it. They charged me for my room and charged the 20. The invoice was only for the room...nothing about a late fee. Today after working all day I go to pay for my room and he starts about the late fee. Then says something about reservations and there would not be late fees..... which I have had reserved my room on Booking.com every time and logged my arrival time also. THEN when I ask where was this " late fee" mention on the web site or on paper. He says it doesn't need to be mentioned... I called bull! I'm then asked about the cat in my room... which yes she is in here and has her litter and all. He says I will have to start paying $25 dollars extra per night! On top of the$ 80 for room and $20 late fee if I pay after 3. Which I don't get off until 5 and that had already been discussed. I told him that the website says animals are welcome.

Never Ever Again

Liked: This is something I don't do ..which is give bad reviews! But the encounter I just had with this little girl handling the front desk tonight ... she needs to be thankful this is all I'm doing! I'm gonna go ahead and start with the beginning! I choose this place ( meaning I passed by 4 other places) because I'm waiting for my place to get ready. I over looked the floors, the sink , the bath tub, just about everything and went to dollar general got my bleach, pine sol, and other cleaning supplies and cleaned ..... I planned to stay a week or two so ..... yea. Did I mention it was filthy! Whoever mops this floor ...has got to use one mop for all rooms. The tub was a dark shade of gray at the bottom and only took a scrub brush to look 100% better. Anyways ..skip through a week and a half to last night. My room is right beside the ice machine so I really didn't pay much attention to what sounded like someone draining a cooler. It wasn't until about 30 minutes later when I left to get something to eat... that I realized that was no cooler draining. It was RED WINE MIXED WITH GOD KNOWS WHAT ELSE ...INCLUDING CHARDS OF GLASS WHERE WHOEVER HAD DROPPED THE ENTIRE BOTTLE OF WINE AND SWEPT, POURED ...WHATEVER WENT ON OVER THE BAlCONY ONTO MY BRAND NEW CAR!!! MY WHITE BRAND NEW CAR!! WOW ! WTH! I went straight to the office... Trying to keep my cool letting the lady ( who was very nice) know what happened. She walked out with me.... confirmed that it was in fact a very strong deep red wine. And told me to be careful as she picked 2 pieces if glass off the trunk of my car. Looked at me .... looked up at the balcony and said your not gonna like this but that room above you is the managers room. The owner of this place poured Red wine, chunks of glass, and dirt with grime over the rail/ balcony not caring that someone's brand-new white honda was parked below.
