Disliked: When checked into hotel room we discovered our toilet was clogged from previous guests. My husband went down to the front desk for assistance. Instead of sending a representative from maintenance my husband was sent back to the room with a plunger. So, not only were we expected to pay $149 a night (including taxes) we were also responsible for handyman duty. Will not stay here again and would not recommend. I would like to add that we are not fussy or uppity people but this was ridiculous. Could not check out fast enough!

Disliked: Bathroom floor cracked and dangerous. Everything needs to be remodeled.. it's outdated and worn. Breakfast was terrible, no juice, half of the usual items were missing..there was only waffles, bread, cereal and coffee

Disliked: Disgruntled staff members. Zero smiles. Limited breakfast.
