This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. I've stayed at many hotels during my adult life and I have never had to complain until this trip. The hotel moved us to 3 different rooms. I took pictures with my cell phone of the horrible conditions of the room. They would not refund my money that night so I had no alternative but to stay - I did end up getting a refund but only after complaining and showing the "manager" the pictures I took with my cell phone. The rooms were filthy; the telephone didn't work in one of the rooms; the TV was broken in another room. The ceiling was falling down in one of the rooms. There were stains all over the furniture and walls (I'd hate to know what those stains actually were). The bathroom base boards were caked with dirt and mold. The air conditioner in one of the rooms was full of mold and all the room smelled horrible. I was told by one of the clerks that they didn't clean the top floor rooms because they were rarely used (really?). The condition of this hotel was unexcusable. I don't live this way and when I go to a hotel I expect the rooms to be clean and functional. When I got home and showed my husband the pictures of the hotel room he was disgusted. There is NO way this hotel could pass a health inspection. I wouldn't even take a shower that night because I didn't want to touch the tub or shower. I'd love to show Days Inn Corporate headquarters the pictures that I took of these conditions. I will NEVER again stay at a Days Inn. I travel all the time and used to be okay with Days Inn - this experience has made me decide to never give them my business again or the business of any of my friends are family. I wish someone would call me from corporate - I'd love to tell them how bad my experience was.

Liked: Having Wi-Fi but had to reconnect every time I went to use it.
Disliked: They had small roaches on the floor when you turn on the lights. Toilet wasn't clean too well and there was black mold on the shower curtain and ceiling. And a strange noise every night somewhere in the bathroom area. Then my key didn't work twice.

Liked: Night clerk was nice.
Disliked: The milk at breakfast was rancid and I think they used the same milk in the waffle batter and it was also bad.

Disliked: Yes.... ran water for 15 minutes in tub and still no hot water... barely even warm... A/C would not cool the room... it was after midnight before the room was cool enough to sleep... ceiling and wall by bathroom had noticeable cracks..very dissappointed

Disliked: The hotel did not look like the picture. The room had roaches. The Wi-Fi kept going in and out. When coming in at night there was a man behind the fence area staring at me making noises. There was no whirlpool like it said in the description.

Liked: close to where i needed to be.
Disliked: on busy road. for being a Wyndham property, not up to pare. and asked me to leave a deposit incase i destroy property/ it was in sad shape as it was. I didn't expect the Taj Mahal, but it wasn't good. and breakfast was weak.
