Liked: The outside areas were pleasant and mostly clean
Disliked: The room had a smell of trying to hide dog odor. The couch was disgusting, full of stains and stinky! I had to put the comforter over it.

Was really pleasantly surprised at...

Liked: Friendly, clean and priced well for one night.
Disliked: Was told restaurant closed at 9pm but they actually closed at 8pm. In fact most of the restaurants in Klamath Falls close at 8pm. So we ended up eating at McDonald’s. Was not what we wanted after a full day of driving.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything. The room was great and the restaurant next door was delicious. The staff in the office were very friendly and the lobby was beautiful with fish tanks and a fireplace.
Disliked: I was sorry we couldn't stay longer.
