Liked: The only thing I liked was the location of the hotel it wasn't too far from the sec tournament we played on this weekend
Disliked: The staff was rude we couldn't get extra towels like we asked for it was 3 ppl in my group and we stayed for 2 nights the towels were never changed nor did our room get cleaned

Exceptional customer service, average stay

Liked: My husband needed an ADA room due to mobility issues. The front desk clerk was kind enough to call another family and ask if they needed the ADA room they had booked. It turned out they had booked it accidentally and didn't really need it. That was above and beyond what I expected!
Disliked: The bed was advertised as a King bed but was a queen bed and it was a little lumpy. We slept comfortably, but we were sore the next day from rolling into one spot.
