Loved it!

Liked: The lobby area was amazing. I don’t normally hang out in the lobby of a hotel, but it was so inviting and comfortable that we spent a ton of time there.
Disliked: I wish the pool was heated.

Liked: The location was pretty good, however the prices at the hotel were insane. I’d not recommend eating or getting drinks there. Go out and explore the area, it’ll add more experience and a few extra buck to your budget.
Disliked: I can’t complain about the hotel or the staff. Please rethink your decisions about the extra prices on your premises like the restaurant and the bar. We’ve been around the world and the prices for the food you’ve provided aren’t worth it.

We would definitely return!

Liked: Cute, friendly, best pizza ever, allowed dog in restaurant, cool fire pits.
Disliked: Dog fee too high, heating dried out air, only one heavy blanket,duvet combination ; either too hot or too cold.

Cozy place to stay.

Liked: Beautiful place to stay in Flagstaff. Sauna and cold plunge are amazing. Highly recommend to book it. The room is spacious, clean and have everything what you might need. Especially I like MALIN+GOETZ toiletries in the bathroom.
Disliked: -

Great location, the vibe was...

Liked: Loved the vibe and the location.
Disliked: Was not clean. There was a dog toy on top of the tv stand and a washcloth covering the fire alarm ( to cover the light)Bathroom was not clean. We got to the room late and were leaving early in the morning so didn’t bother to call housekeeping

Liked: The rooms are large and clean.
Disliked: Jacuzzi is not working. The front desk agent said he tried to fix it but didn't know how, so it's not going to get fixed during our stay. We stayed here for the jacuzzi. Sauna advertised, but when we arrived, it was $75 to use it. The restaurant/bar had children running all over it and board games thrown on the floor. We couldn't play pool or have a conversation in the sitting area. We were not able to use any of the amenities, which were the reason we chose this hotel.
