Disliked: Arrived after a full day of driving to find it is closed. Had no other place to go! It was closed due to a fire last year! They sent me an email that morning confirming our stay for that night! I have never experienced this problem before. Will not be staying at Days inn going forward!

Liked: The hotel was closed when I arrived. And I was told I was getting accommodated with an upgrade for recant price that didnt happen. The overseas customer service continued to hang up on me three times

Liked: nothing the place was under construction had been for a while. you could tell no one has been there for a long time and yet they still took my payment and it took me 7 -12 business days to get it back
