Liked: The room.was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was no remote in the room when we got there. One of the lamps was missing a light bulb. The continental breakfast was below average. The pancakes were not delicious. The biscuits were hard and dried out. The other only other offerings were cereal and apples. I understand for the price it's decent but next time I'm probably staying somewhere else.

Overall a nice stay.

Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable and some of our blankets had holes in them. The lady at the front desk was laying down in the breakfast area with the lights off when we came in. Needs an upgrade

Disliked: My husband, four kids and I were 10 hours away from home and had previously booked this hotel as our stopping point to sleep for the evening after travel. We were 20 minutes from the hotel at 1130 PM and DEAD TIRED when I got an email saying that my reservation was cancelled. I immediately called to be told that regardless of my reservation it was first come, first serve and that there was a fishing tournament in town. The attendant said I "shouldn't have used a third party to book the hotel if I wanted to keep my spot" So we were in the middle of a state we've never been, with four children in the middle of the night with NOWHERE to go for the night. Mind you, we pulled over and I called in excess of 50 other hotels practically begging someone to give us the room for the night, only to be told every one of them were booked up. I've never been in a more vulnerable and upsetting situation in my entire life.
