Days Inn by Wyndham Concord, Concord

Very good accommodation at at a reasonable price. Excellent location to attend events at the Concord Pavilion - inexpensive Uber ride. I just loved how warm and welcoming the staff(owners?) were. Will always book there moving forward.

Liked: Very friendly staff. The room was clean and roomy; the bed comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was more than expected.

Disliked: Cigarette smoke seeped into my room. I could hear the neighbor coughing and tv.

Probably wouldn't stay again...

Liked: bed comfortable.
Disliked: number of things wrong with room, first it smelled like smoke, supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. Drawer pull broken, small plastic rod to open blinds was missing. I believe there were people living there, possibly the owners, family member with obvious mental health issues, walking halls at night yelling, covered with blankets. Spa area had office chairs all around the pool, could not access it even if you wanted to. Breakfast consisted of waffles, sausage patty, scrambled eggs, bananas, apples and cold cereal, not much flavor.Room had sink area outside of bathroom...unusual set up.

Liked: They told us we have to pay extra 20 dollars for a non smoking roon I pod cash them he charge extra 120 dollar deposit from my credit card. Which I hope to get it back soon.
Disliked: Explain before about the deposit and that they will charge extra for non smoking rooms.

Disliked: There are things to be expected when you get a cheap 3 star hotel. But for the price that is charged I Would like to at least see some form of security. And the place is not being used to clearly sell dope out of the rooms. If you don't know how to tell if someone is high on /selling methamphetamine. Then you probably shouldn't be renting rooms in 2024. I am originally from the area and was aware of the griminess, but thought maybe just maybe the owner had clean things up a little bit. Also I did not like the bait and switch pictures that both this website and hotels.com put up.
