Liked: We made a 7 day reservation online and only had a couple small issues once we got to the hotel. Checking in and out was a breeze, although we were blind sided by the required safety deposit but was refunded on the last day when we checked out. Our entire stay went great except for when we wanted to extend our stay another night, we had issues with that.. but it was a weekend with an event that happens every year that brought alot of people from all over and they were completely booked and didnt have a room for us to stay another night.. Every hotel in 30 miles was booked up with not a single room available. But they were understanding and didn't charge us extra for a late check out! The rooms were very clean, the towels were nice and fluffy, and the wifi was fast and only slowed during the normal peek hours. All hotel staff was helpful, friendly, and polite. Breakfast was awesome, I enjoyed all the different options they offered. The pool was beautiful and inviting, made relaxing by the pool after a long day a dream come true. The sound of the water flowing over the rocks down a small waterfall was tranquil. I had a great stay overall and cannot wait for next time.
Disliked: Breakfast going on a longer to accommodate those guests who don't necessarily wake up early. I thought that there could have been better pillows on the beds or more of them. The fridge was on the smaller size for anything or keep anything frozen. Ice cream melted and ruined.
