Disappointing

Liked: Front desk worker was very helpful and pleasant in resolving issues with the TV and phone that weren't working.
Disliked: It is very run down!! Needs some significant deep cleaning and repairs!! There was mold in the shower. The sink was clogged. Initially the TV and phone didn't work. I did get a remote that worked but it didn't have a back in it. The lazy river had buildup in thy bottom of it. It's GROSS!

Liked: Staff was friendly when I arrived.
Disliked: Hot food containers were totally empty and some other items needed refilling. No tongs available to get stick rolls out of container so people were using their fingers to serve. Counters needed to be wiped off. I opted for coffee only. Room, especially bathroom, was not very clean. The facility (including hallways) could use some updating/TLC.
