Liked: The cleanliness of the property and the amazing friendly staff.

Passable

Liked: Great location, staff was good.
Disliked: Bathroom was not clean at all. mirror was dirty, cobwebs behind the door. Bed was very very hard. Breakfast was until 9 got there at 8am, there was very little food left.

Liked: LOCATION AND EASE OF ACCESS TO EXPRESSWAY
Disliked: I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE SO NOT SURE THIS IS FAIR, STAFF UNABLE TO HANDLE MY PROBLEM AND NO FOLLOW THROUGH AFTERWARDS. EVERYONE KNOWS MISTAKES WILL HAPPEN AND CAN BE BEYOND THE FACILITY'S CONTROL, BUT THAT IS WHEN THE BUSINESS' INTEGRITY IS CRUCIAL!

Liked: Convenient location but hotel needs a lot of updating. Good cost but I would pay a little more for a better bed and cleaner room.
Disliked: Old and uncomfortable but only place in the area.
