Disliked: An older man and a woman at the desk were very helpful. A younger person at the desk was too busy on his personal phone to be bothered to address anyone.

Disliked: There was a yellow stain on our comforter. We paid a lot of money for a kitchen with no utensils. It doesn't sit well to have to bring all of my kitchen supplies. I have never been to a hotel that had a Kitchen that didn't supply at least a couple plates and silverware and at least 1 pot or pan.
