Elevators were a huge problem; ended up taking the stairs from the 12th floor a lot.

Liked: The room was modern and clean; perfect for two people; bed was comfortable; one woman specifically at the front desk was friendly and kind.
Disliked: The hotel's internet and cable were down. Evening 1, the gentleman told us it would be fixed the next day. When we called the front desk the next day we were told it'd been down for a week and would continue to be down as they were having a problem. Not that this had any hindrance on our trip. It would have been nice to know for one and two been told upon asking.

Liked: The room was very clean, and the staff was polite and helpful. The location is great. The area is generally safe, and there is no street noise in your room. I will definitely stay in this hotel in the future.

You get what you pay for. For a place to sleep and keep your stuff, this is the place for you. If you want luxury, it definitely is not.

Liked: There was completelyNOTHING I like. This hotel is dirty infested with beg bugs. The manager is rude and highly disrespectful.
Disliked: I was impacted with nothing but bed bugs and dust lice. I have a video of the lice on the tables and air conditioner, plus I have a video of the bed bugs on the bed. I was treated unfairly and improperly. As a business owner the treatment that was received as a guest in his facility is highly unexpected due to position. I paid almost $400 for 2 nights for this is type of service I received. I will NEVER make reservations at this place. As my anxiety overwhelmed me my entire stay and I got treated like I was garbage. As if my money isn't Green as the white people.

Liked: Daily room service, water, and clean towels. Air con working well. Safe, closet and hangers.
Disliked: TV static and channels not working. Asked reception to resolve said technicians will be on site to fix, nothing done still the same. Can feel a lot of dust even after a room service on bedside table, and vacuum jobs could've been a bit more thorough. Bronze double room needs an upgrade to match that of the other room offers, not worth the money spent for a very small space that can sleep up to 4x people.
