I made arrangements when I saw that Sarah Brightman was coming to the area. Arrived and they had my room ready for me, although I didn't travel far from home it was a welcomed weekend. A weekend that I needed simply to get away.

Unsatisfied with a Staff Front...

Liked: It was clean. The breakfast was good
Disliked: Upon arrival after 10 hours of driving, my wife and I were DENIED to our room. The F.D.C. made our welcome, UNWELCOMED. He spoke very poor English, had a mask on, an was so rude I contained myself for expressing my disbelief for his incompetence as we had arrived too early by 3 hours.Tired and exhausted we went to the local shopping center. We came back 30 min. before their check in time. The new Front Desk Clerk {F.D.C.} told us we were still too early, My wife and I sat in the lobby for the remaining 15 min. During the check-in process, we were given a ticket for a pub beverage, {which we never used}.This hotel management had hired a non speaking, or broken English speaking, and rude as hell F. D. C. They gave us a handicap room. The water of the shower went all over the bathroom floor. I had to get towels to make a dam so it wouldn't go all over the floor. The sad part, this was the 3rd time we stayed at this hotel, and the worse. These new staff members are arrogant, disrespectful, and never again will stay here.

I'd stay in your Days...

Liked: The staff was excellent . The room had everything in it anyone could want as well as comfort. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and the area to eat was spacious.
Disliked: The only sad part was my room was next door to a group of four people who continually talked and made noise during the night until after 4 AM. I didn't check in until midnight and it made sleeping very difficult.

Liked: everything we needed for our next morning flight. Very friendly and clean
Disliked: After our return flight we waited 30 minutes outside for our motel shuttle to take us back to our car at the motel. It was very cold and windy that day.

Save your money, NOT worth...

Disliked: Where to start...Random hair tie found between wall and head of bed, moved beds from wall and the floor was disgusting with crayons, more hair ties and dirt. Shower squeaks after running for more than 10min and will not stop unless you turn it off and back on, toilet runs all night long, window somewhat opens but broken, marijuana smell everywhere, doors slamming, people running and yelling all night long, roach found in the bathroom, clumps of hair all over in the pool for two consecutive days (had to ask management to clean it), doors out of the pool don't open correctly. Breakfast is a joke, someone serves you without gloves, it's dirty. Housekeeping banging on door multiple times throughout the day (even with DND sign on door) for no reason. Management says one thing, then goes back on his word.
