I made arrangements when I saw that Sarah Brightman was coming to the area. Arrived and they had my room ready for me, although I didn't travel far from home it was a welcomed weekend. A weekend that I needed simply to get away.

Disliked: hotel staff rude and unfriendly not willing to helpat checkout no print out was given or even offered was charged for room demage for dirty sheets without being notified as to why the extra charges were chargedcalled to get information and front desk was rude and manager as well

Disliked: What a terrible experience. we arrived late to our room when walking up to our room let's just say the smell was terrible in the halls and was not any better in our room. When we got to the room i noticed a old metal box on the foor i realized it was a space heater which had to be from the 80s. There was no remote for the tv. People were blaring music so loud outside our room I had to call and see if someone would make them stop. People down the hall from us were banging on the door, curing and screaming to let them in. Honestly, it was a scary experience. After this experience, I was already questing the breakfast that was to be served. We went down, and honestly, it was just weird. A lady served you the food which we got and my daughter found hair in her eggs so we ate a packaged container of yogurt and went out for breakfast. When walking down to check out a man asked me and my young daughter if we wanted to make some money. Needless to say I highly do not recommend this location and will not be returning.

Relaxing

Liked: It had everything under one roof. Didn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to.
Disliked: Pool says it’s heated but was on the cold side. Was nice just wish it was warmer so I could have enjoyed it longer.
