Unhappy about the overall stay

Liked: It’s very beautiful and clean
Disliked: It took 3 1/2 hours to get an extra blanket for my room. I called 3 times and went down to the front desk to request a blanket. We also did not like the fact that we paid for a nights stay and had to pay for parking as well .

Disliked: Sheets were stained, food crumbs in chair, requests from staff were not timely. Asked for new sheets and were brought towels. Request made for sheets X 3 and finally evening received items. Restaurant food order not as described and small portion

Liked: Nothing best was not even treated well at entrance water was not offered and the staff was very rude I cancelled my reservation from. Aloft and came to Mariott as I have been Marriot customer but horrible experience
Disliked: The bathroom got clogged 3 times and it was so bad in middle of the night Very terrible

Pleasant

Liked: When we enter the room, he had a terrible smell . The windowsill was very moist with mildew. The lady at the front Desk changed out our room with no problem
Disliked: The room with room having a mold smell
