Liked: We stayed there 3 days. The breakfast was amazing and each morning there were different items on the menu.. We also had service dogs which they made great accommodations for us.
Disliked: When checking in the man wasn't very great

Liked: Did not try the breakfast, but definitely appeared to be a significant upgrade from the standard free breakfast at all other chains.
Disliked: Nothing stood out an as issue.

Unreliable airport shuttle --not a...

Liked: There was a decent breakfast and the common areas were clean. The pool was great and open late!
Disliked: Airport Shuttle: The airport shuttle hours are very limited, and we would not have booked this hotel had we known that. While our shuttle from the airport to the hotel was ok, the shuttle back to the airport does not start running until 8:00am (!!), so we had to book an Uber for our morning flight. Also, when we tried to schedule the return trip, the front desk person said our children could "under no circumstances" ride it without car seats, even though our children are tall and old enough to not need car seats in Utah. We had booster seats packed so it wouldn't have been a problem, but I've never had an airport shuttle tell us that before.Cleanliness: There were gross mystery stains on our nightstand that made us question how clean our room really was.

Liked: Pool hours are great. Open from 7 am to 11 pm. The lady at check-in was super friendly and nice. Room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: Check out is not until noon. However, the cleaning crew knocked twice in the morning before noon to see if we left so they could clean. We stayed here on purpose for the late check out to let the kids swim in the morning before our long drive.
