Never again

Liked: How quickly the staff responded to our issues with the rooms.
Disliked: We changed rooms 2 times due to hair and obvious signs someone has slept in the sheets in our beds. Asked for clean sheets in the third room because we found more hair (even under the pillow) we made our own beds with the clean sheets. (I always bring my own disinfectant spray and wipes so I cleaned the room as good as I could with what I had. Then my boyfriend stepped on glass on his side of the bed later that night. (Broken beer bottle shards) Found more in front of the microwave as well. My kids were walking barefoot all over that room! Also, the TV wouldn't work. Made an incident report but we were told to fill out but it was clear the manager was supposed to be filling it out other than the witness statement and incident report. They took pictures of the side of the bed and my boyfriends foot. The huge glass shards I found and the one pulled out of my boyfriends foot I brought down in a cup to the desk. Looking under the bed close to the wall we found the top of a broken beer bottle. Added a picture of more shards we found after I took some to the lobby. Then the manager gave us a different room again (checked it himself) and said he would refund us 1 night stay.(Still haven't received the refund or my 50 deposit) Also, the pool had so much chlorine in it your eyes burned walking into the area. We're pretty disappointed in this stay.
