Comfortable stay

Liked: We really liked the separate bedroom and leaving room with kitchen. Staff was always friendly, especially Claudio at reception. Good air conditioning.Location was great. Very handy washing machine and dryer. Supermarket was very close and choice of restaurants on the doorstep. I would return to this hotel

Liked: Staff was exceptional. Fanny with Guest Service was amazing! She was kind, accommodating & professional. She went above & beyond to help us. Location was convenient & had everything needed.

Disliked: We didn’t feel safe Our apartment door had a big gap around the door so anyone outside the door could see in so we were worried about security/safety especially after some rooms had been robbed we asked if we could be moved and the answer was no we don’t have anything and if you don’t like it you can find another hotel the on receptionist woman who told us this was simply horrible
