Liked: Location n price was excellent....room look like it was renovated...but very empty for such large room...
Disliked: doing major Renovations but not informed on website about that..very messy, had to walk to 2nd floor to even register walking through all that construction.no parking.also I reserved king size bed on top floor is what I paid for and they didn't have that

Disliked: No hot water in morning then no water. Hot water later in sink only. Not sure you could call water in shower warm. Moved bedside table to look for something I dropped. Found food, crumbs, dental floss.

Satisfied with cleanliness of room

Liked: The room was really nice , even though i requested king bed but eneded up with 2 double / queen bed.
Disliked: Construction is good for upgrading of facility , however we weren't told so when booking , showed up and surprised it was under extensive renovation.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: Since the hotel is being renovated, it was a mess. We had to go on a hunt just to find Checkin.

Housekeeping and front desk were...

Liked: Kaye was phenomenal .The housekeeping went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable during my stay

Liked: Convenience to nearby attractions and Towne Center
Disliked: The renovations kind they are doing to the main area were kind of a turn off at first
