Liked: Close proximity to the theatre and the restaurants we dined in. Close to the waterfront.
Disliked: The restaurant was not open.

Very nice staff; very nice room. Expensive.

Liked: The bed and pillows.
Disliked: We were supposedly on a quiet floor. It was anything but. Kids running around screaming, yelling, slamming doors.

Disliked: Under construction, not previously disclosed. Had we known, we would not have booked. Main restaurant closed due to construction. A makeshift dining roof set up in breakfast area. Refused to give us an itemized receipt at check out. Had to continually ask for fresh towels and toilet paper.

Great stay

Liked: We found the staff excellent and went out of there way to please us as we were there 4nights.
Disliked: Construction at entrance new sliding doors installed.But this was minor and I understand that it was due to be upgraded. Initially our room overlooked the freeway and staff relocated us to a higher floor on the other side of building.. We were extremely grateful !
