Liked: JL hotel manager comped my parking, and gave me a free small bottle of wine. She was very apologetic and concerned. Room was very nice!
Disliked: Room was not ready at check in; front desk receptionist Althea was rude; complications with correct bed assignment for my room.

Beautiful River Views in Downtown...

Liked: Ashley at the bar was fantastic and very personable! Definitely keep her around. The rooms were comfortable and had great views of the river. It's a kind of a bummer that the CoStar building will be blocking some of those views.
Disliked: My party included several teenagers. A team member from the front desk asked them more than once if they were staying in the hotel and recommended that they leave. This happened while I was not with them and my son was upset, because she continued to seek interaction with them after he showed his room key. Not appropriate.

Disliked: The van driver didn’t show up to pick us up at Restaurant that he dropped us off at.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Location was great. I was able to walk where I needed to go. Dinner at the hotels restaurant was quite good. Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend.
