We were treated very poorly by an unapologetic staff and overall was not satisfied with the service. The rooms were pretty nice apart from a few problems- beds had a almost plastic feeling sheet on them. We lived through the night but will not be going back! Loby was the best part of the hotel.

Pros: It was in a really nice area very close to the beach

Cons: staff was not helpful and very rude!$23 for overnight parking and the charge was not made clear. We were told on the phone by a staff member we had a ocean front room and when we got there were instead placed in a street facing room by the elevator. LOUD!

The parking is expensive. The location is great close to restaurants and the ocean

This is a great location for business or pleasure. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. They know the area and are so helpful. There are many restaurants nearby but I think a better on site restaurant would be of benefit. The wine list needs updating

Pros: The staff at the Crowne Plaza is always the best

Cons: Maybe a cool coffee bar or intimate dining area would be fun for this hotel. Something more inviting to hang out at rather than go down the street
