Disliked: We arrived and It was a line of 30 people waiting for checkin. At the checking they never explained there are cupons for breakfast with the keys. when we arrive to the breakfast they didn´t alloud to enter cuz we didnñt bring the breakfast-ticket. But nobody explained to us while checking. terry fast food at self-service "cafeteria", computer for paying not working properly.

Nice hotel close to airport.

Liked: Great service. Good location with shuttle bus from airport.Very clean. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: We paid for room with pool view but pool was being renovated so we had workmen outside of window instead. Hotel said they told booking.com no pool available. Yet booking.com still charged us to upgrade, and didn't tell us about the pool closure.Shame no T. bags in the room. ☹ Not all of us like coffee.

Liked: Our go-to hotel when laying over in Miami. Free shuttle. Comfy bed. Good food in bar/restaurant. What more do you need?

Liked: Bed was really comfortable
Disliked: I was not aware I had to pay for parking or for breakfast. Even when we checked in the desk staff didn't tell us. The next morning the the staff for breakfast told us and also told us that they should have told us when we checked in and gave us a coupon voucher for a few dollars off. I didn't waste my time paying $27 for a basic buffet breakfast that price was ridiculous.
