Pleasant staff, needs updating

Liked: The staff was great. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Dirty carpet in the hall and mildew in the shower.

Very upset with the accommodations...

Liked: The location is perfect for this area.
Disliked: It took over 1hr to get picked up from the airport via shuttle. Then, I had to unload the shuttle to get our bags. The rooms are kind of ran down. The front counter staff was nice.The staff is very limited at this location. They need to hire additional.

Liked: We loved the Atrium to just sit and people watch while enjoying a beverage. The pool looked wonderful although it was full most of the time.
Disliked: owever, our room had a vent cover on the low wall that was large, maybe 3ftX1ft. It was covered in dust! I was sad there was no hot tub although it was advertised. $50 parking is a bit steep when it there was nothing to it.
