Pleasant staff, needs updating

Liked: The staff was great. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Dirty carpet in the hall and mildew in the shower.

Liked: I didn't stay there had to spend extra money for another hotel
Disliked: I never got to stay. My room was given away and the accommodation they tried to FORCE ME to keep were highly unacceptable.
