Liked: The hotel is situated directlyon Duval. .
Disliked: The hotel is under construction and the pool was closed. It would have been nice to be told prior to spending $800 for 2 nights. Their resort fee is excessive especially when your not getting any benefits.

Liked: Loved the location and the style of the hotel. Our son is stationed in Key West and we very likely will stay at La Concha again.
Disliked: I think you should let guests know there is construction going on. Other than that it was a lovely (albeit quick) stay.

Liked: Even though there was a resort fee, it went towards a $30 food and drink credit every day. They also offered bikes, beach towels, and beach chairs. The pool was open and location was perfect.
Disliked: The construction wasnt the best, but never really bothered us. It started at 9am and we were usually up and out the door by then. Only 1 food area was open due to the construction. Also, we thought there was free breakfast, but it wasnt free.

Liked: The Hotel Pool was great. Rooms and Lobby very high end and Clean. The lobby smells very nice. Location of the hotel is perfect. Overall everything was great!
Disliked: Fitness Center was closed during my stay, and I was hoping to work out a little bit. I did not get notified until a couple days before but no worries I was able to work out around the pool.

CRAZY LOUD CONSTRUCTION Jackhammer literally...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Crazy construction. Jackhammer outside my door woke me up at 9am. Could not be on work calls in room due to noise. Had to go to my car Even worse in lobby. Staff did not acknowledge when brought up. Did not have my late checkout that I paid for in my rate on reservation. Couldn’t have stayed late anyway. Had to take work calls/meetings in my car

Liked: The furnishing was updated and nice.
Disliked: The staff did not feel helpful. The check in process was very slow.
